You have the right to return the products you have purchased, within 10 working days from the date you received it. Returns/exchanges are accepted as long as the product is in the same condition in which you received it and any accompanying labels should be present as well as the original sales receipt or invoice. In this case you will only be liable for the direct cost of returning the products. The company is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return transport. In case of a return due to the use of this right, the company will refund your money within 15 working days, provided that the above condition of “same situation” is met.
